Platform rules

Version 1.0 · Last updated 15 September 2026

What may and may not be built and published on Firelent.

1. Why these rules exist

Everything published through Firelent goes live fast — that is the product. Speed without rules would make us a factory for scams, so these rules draw the line for what may be built, hosted and published with Firelent. They form part of our general terms and apply to every project, published or not, on every plan.

2. Illegal content — absolute

  • Child sexual abuse material: zero tolerance. Immediate removal, account termination, preservation of evidence and report to the competent authorities. No warnings, no appeals ladder.
  • No content or activity that is illegal where you operate or where you target your audience — including incitement to violence, terrorist content, and trade in prohibited goods (weapons, narcotics, stolen data, counterfeits).

3. Deception

The rule our terms already state, in full: nothing built to deceive.

  • no phishing pages, fake login screens, credential- or payment-data harvesting under false pretenses;
  • no impersonation of a real company, brand, person or authority — including near-clones of a known service’s design, name or domain intended to be mistaken for it;
  • no fraudulent commerce: fake shops, goods you cannot deliver, fabricated reviews or endorsements, deceptive “investment” schemes, undisclosed paid promotion presented as fact;
  • no dark-pattern subscription traps or checkout flows designed to charge people for something they did not knowingly buy.

4. Harm to people

  • no harassment, threats, or content that degrades or dehumanizes people for who they are;
  • no doxxing: publishing someone’s private information without their consent;
  • no content sexualizing minors in any form, and no non-consensual intimate imagery, real or synthetic;
  • no instructions whose primary purpose is enabling serious harm — weapons construction, dangerous substance synthesis, or attacks on people and infrastructure.

5. Platform integrity

  • no malware distribution, command-and-control endpoints, or sites weaponizing visitors’ browsers;
  • no spam networks: mass-produced near-duplicate sites, link farms and SEO manipulation schemes;
  • no abuse of Firelent infrastructure — mining, proxying attacks, artificially burning compute, or evading suspensions with new accounts.

6. Adult content

Sexually explicit content may not be published on Firelent-hosted addresses. Non-explicit adult-adjacent businesses (for example nightlife venues) are fine; the line is explicit material, and we draw it because firelent.app addresses share one reputation.

7. Enforcement — proportionate, human, appealable

  • Consequences scale with severity: a warning and a chance to fix it → unpublishing the project → suspending the account. The absolute categories in sections 2 and 4 skip the ladder.
  • Enforcement decisions come with a statement of what rule was violated. You can contest any decision by replying — a human reviews every contested action, as our general terms promise.
  • We may act on our own initiative, on reports (see Report abuse), or when the law requires it.

8. Reporting

Anyone — user or not — can report a project at abuse@firelent.com. The Report abuse page explains what to include and what happens next.
